Salinas is located on the tip of the Peninsula of Santa Elena.
It is an almost flat area, with very few elevations. You can name the Cerro Salinas and
hill "Punta Carnero".
Salinas is located in an arid, dry, at the bottom of the sea, stands area "La Puntilla" which is the
westernmost point of the hemisphere.
